Differential Pressure
Differential Pressure Gauge Comparison
Sensocon, Inc. has a wide variety of mechanical differential pressure gauges to choose from. Products include the Sensocon® Series S-5000 and Sz-5000 which are designed to be low cost and smaller in size, as well as the Sensocon® Series S2000 which may be used as an alternative to the Dwyer® Magnehelic® along with many others. You can view the S2000 and Magnehelic® comparison here.
Having Issues Involving Differential Pressure?
Sensocon, Inc. has several resources to help you get the most out of your differential pressure products. For information on how to use our Series A gauges and controls, we have videos helping you with Menu Navigation, Zeroing and Spanning, and even Moving Parameters. Need help installing an S2000? This video will walk you through step by step on several installations! If these don't resolve your issues, we have an amazing customer service team willing to help you. What is Differential Pressure?
Differential pressure is the difference in pressure between two given areas. Differential pressure can be measured either by measuring two separate points within a contained area or by comparing one point within a contained area to its exterior environment.
Looking for a Digital Differential Pressure Gauge?
The Series A is the core product in the digital differential pressure gauges and controls category. The Series A can be ordered as a low cost digital gauge to a full functioning control. Any of the products can be configured to include a 4-20 mA output to function as a digital indicating differential pressure transmitter with optional accuracies of 1%, 0.5%, or 0.25%. The controllers include a user programmable menu for full control of the set points, and include a square root function for displaying air velocity or flow.
Differential Pressure Transmitters
Our differential pressure transmitters provide a 4-20 mA output or optional 0-10 V output. Sensocon, inc. has differential pressure transmitters for measuring air or compatible gases and liquids. The Series 211 is a low-cost differential pressure transmitter while the Series 212 is a weatherproof differential pressure transmitter. For liquid applications, the Series 251 wet/wet differential pressure transmitter offers all stainless steel wetted parts and construction.
Dwyer® and Magnehelic® are registered trademarks of Dwyer Instruments, Inc. Sensocon offers digital differential pressure gauges and controls, mechanical differential pressure gauges, differential pressure tranmitters and switches.
